Attached home sales, including condos and townhomes, fell 6.0 percent over the same period. Homes took longer to sell across the board, with detached properties averaging 19.4 percent longer days on market year-over-year and attached homes up 30.3 percent.

Attached homes, including condos and townhomes, saw the median price dip 1.5 percent to $660,000. While demand has not disappeared, Buyers in this segment are negotiating more aggressively as selection improves.
